Review on 🪑 GDFStudio Macedonia Mid-Century Modern Dark Blue Tufted Back Fabric Recliner by Aida Plata

First of all, this is a beautiful chair. I have literally spent hours looking online for all the mid-century modern chairs research Cave I will be using it mainly For TV I needed one that doesn't take up much space So here are some observations I was looking for when buying everything in one place The chair is exactly as described Very well packaged and came very quickly in 2 days from fedex on was in perfect condition.I put the box on its side and carefully cut the top and bottom and the pieces of the chair slid out easily.It's only 2 pieces, seat and back, so very easy to assemble yourself .Simply attach the 4 legs and lower the backrest onto the seat.I chose the chair to lean back to watch TV from time to time.It reclines easily reclines by simply pushing it back and easily returns to the upright position "locked in place" in a reclined position, as many other chairs seem to have commented on. It just stays where you put it. NOTE: MY 5ft 11" AND MY HEAD IS NOT SUPPORTED WHEN CLOSED. Unfortunately, this is the feature I was hoping for, but I think it's a trade-off for the smaller size. I'm only a few inches short and need to buy a small pillow to support my head in a semi reclining position. Not a deal breaker. I've done this before. Although I'd like to know beforehand. Otherwise the 5, 11 and 200 lb chair are big enough for me.The chair is comfortable with enough firmness but with plenty of padding.The retractable footrest is fine and makes for a comfortable foot position.Considering this chair other than the height of the backrest I find no cons and would heartily recommend it .Hopefully all my time and research pays off and saves you time.Good luck with your purchase.
