These shoes were bought as a present for my husband. He uses them frequently and believes they improve circulation to some extent, but says he hasn't noticed any pain relief. He shared that walking in them without socks hurts, so he often wears them with socks. Maybe he would get rid of the pain if he decided to wear clothes without socks.
