I love this belt. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the elastic isn't very elastic. Compared to my other harnesses, it fits snug but doesn't feel uncomfortable. I'm a size 12 with a 32" waist and the medium sizes go up to 33". The belt looks great and tightens the waist like a corset. It narrows my waist! I was afraid to go up a size because I didn't want it to be too loose. If your waist is on the larger end of a size, consider ordering one size up. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.
