I remember someone mentioned on this site that they were considering buying one of these to play guitar. I thought the same and went ahead and bought it. I'm so glad I did. I simply place my foot on the adjustable footrest and it allows me to comfortably maintain my perfect posture. The back is nice and solid, not too high or low (mine is 6ft 0in). I originally wanted orange vinyl but ordered blue fabric to be more comfortable on hot days. Highly recommended, especially if you are a guitar player.
