I find the support to be one of the best features of ByteMark. I've always known I can reach out to a company rep that's well versed on the platform, and they always respond promptly. I don't understand why some of the other reviews say they don't have enough support, that's not our style at ByteMark. Our team is always available to help you with your needs! If you're looking for a solid hosting solution, look no further. We've been in the hosting game for more than 15 years, and we've seen it all. Our in-house team has been managing the platform for over a decade, and we're able to offer you a level of customer service that's hard to find. We're always open to hearing your needs and concerns, and we're ready to give you something that works. The team at bytemark are very friendly people who know their stuff! They have been able help us with our website design needs for over 3 years now - they do great work & we've never had any issues or concerns in that time (knock wood). I would highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed if it's something simple like making some changes/updates but also more complex projects involving new features etc where there may need additional advice from other members of staff within byemark too :).
