Failed to load media. I've used a lot of soft tissue massagers in my job, especially since I trained as a doctor in OMM. It's everything you really want in a soft tissue massager. I use it post workout and it seems to have a modest effect on recovery time for delayed muscle soreness. Again, great battery life and I've never had to run faster than at first, but others may need it as they like. In addition, attachments are very important, they are specific to each muscle group, which is a godsend. If you buy this product you will be happy! Edit: I was visiting family in Rockford on September 25th, 2020 and ended up racing my little cousin on her 20 mile scooter. I kept up with her and won the race, but at the end of the race I heard a crunch in my right hamstring and immediately lost my balance and fell. Turns out I have a Stage 2 thigh tear and won't be physically active for 2-3 months. This is where the massage gun comes into play. The massage has been shown to help heal muscle tears faster as blood rushes to the muscle group during the intense massage. When I got home I was in pain, I took the deep tissue cap and walked with it for 10-15 minutes, the next day the pain was minimal! However, the weakness remains as it is torn, but I plan to continue using the massager until I fully recover!
