
I decided to try them after reading a study that suggested nighttime melatonin levels were more optimal in users who wore blue light blocking glasses a few hours before bed. At first I see a warmer hue of things when you first wear them, but my eyes adjust quickly and I forget I'm wearing them and don't notice the hue. They are very light and comfortable. I'm a woman with a large head and these glasses fit me perfectly so probably not for those with a petiter face unless you want them to look too big. I had no pressure behind my ears or dents in my nose. I've found my sleep improved in the evenings when I tried to wear glasses for several hours a day, even though I'm not always in front of the TV. Screen for most of the day, even if I check my phone regularly it's still a screen. Also, they are so comfortable that I wear them almost all the time because I forget to take them off while doing other chores around the house. They may not have the desired effect on everyone, but it certainly doesn't hurt to try them. !
