Very comfortable. Works little. I'm plump with a slight bump in the upper abdomen and a heavy back. I bought a size larger than what is shown in the size chart. The bra is still quite tight and difficult to close. The bottom band tends to curl up, but I just roll it up where it needs to be. I hand wash this bra and let it air dry to avoid shrinkage. Drying takes about a day. The doctor loves this bra because it offers full compression and support. I like this bra because it has a front closure and velcro straps and doesn't dig into my ribs as much as other compression bras I've worn since my previous surgery. I bought three pieces of this style - two white and one black - and wear them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, about 2 weeks.
