Leaks - SOLUTION: Use strips of plastic wrap as tape.

Benefits:* Good size to fit on fridge shelf or door. (I had the big ones, they don't fit on the shelves.) *Fits comfortably in the hand, squeezes easily and returns well to its original position. * Rotate to open lids for more precise control without losing lids. The hole in the bottom is small but workable, especially with a funnel.* Runs through the dishwasher fine, hasn't warped or melted.* No odors that I can detect.* Clear enough to see what's inside even without a label. Cons: * They lick. Each of them leaked when I did a water test. (2 stars for that) SOLUTION: I'm going to use these for paint to avoid leaking/bleeding. Since they were perfect in every other way, I decided to try the plumber's trick and used strips of plastic wrap as plumbing tape. It's food safe and works great. I cut a 6" long and 1" wide strip from some cling film I had and wrapped a strip around the threads of each bottle. Then I screwed on the caps. Now there are NO leaks and you can't even see the plastic wrap. Just make sure you apply the foil in the same direction you unscrew the caps so it pulls the foil together instead of bunching it up - just like plumbers do. Overall, these are great bottles and closures. Leaks render them useless, but that can be fixed with a cheap and easy fix. Call if it's worth it but I'd give them 5 stars if they didn't leak. Now mine doesn't leak anymore and it was easy to fix.
