There are many of these items to choose from online and what made me choose this item was that it was advertised as "LARGE". . It is not. It's almost child size. As you can see from the photos I needed the LARGE SIZE mainly because I wear glasses but I can only put the device under my nose so the mask doesn't go in my mouth OR up to the bridge of my nose put the glasses under but then the floor hits my lips and is not very comfortable. I bought a 5 pack so will be giving to my grandkids and will continue to look for an ADULT SIZED device for me and the adults in my family. Size aside, it's soft, durable, washable, and fits comfortably in the pocket of a cloth mask.
