absolutely adorable

This baby bouncer has an absolutely adorable pink velvet pattern. This one is a little different than some of the others I've received as it is cotton on the inside and velvet on the outside/bottom. It looks better than some of the other baby loungers I've used. Velvet is pleasant to the touch, soft and smooth. I would have liked it the other way around (velvet inside, cotton outside) or maybe all velvet, but I think velvet isn't as breathable as cotton and maybe not as safe for a baby. I appreciate the carry handle and this one has two - one on top and one on the side. The handles make it really easy to move from room to room. I know technically you shouldn't let your baby sleep in them as they're only good for short moments of 'lounging' but luckily we've never had any problems and these loungers seem to be very popular with many families. In any case, we watch our child like hawks, and that should be the case in everything and everything the child does, and not just when using this bouncer. I had sunbeds that were already assembled but packed in a sealed vacuum pack. This one comes in prettier packaging with a handle, definitely looks better as a gift, but we had to assemble it ourselves. Not saying it's impractical, but I understand that it makes it more compact, easier to ship, and definitely more organized and presentable. The assembly is not difficult, the most difficult thing is probably stuffing the case so that the filling can be evenly distributed and fixed. When the kid uses this, you can loosen the drawstring at the end to make it more spacious (U shape). It even has a buckle at the bottom which is the first time I've seen a lounger like this. I love their special attention to detail/design. It has good padding but definitely still trying to put it on surfaces like bed, sofa, carpet and not a wooden floor. These recliners are a lot cheaper than popular brands (who wants to spend $195++ on a baby recliner?) and work just as well. My only criticism of this lounger, and not just it, is that the string part ends up looking like cheap ribbon material. I want them to redo that part and make it "prettier". I always feel that no matter how cute and pretty the fabric pattern is, the ribbon cheapens the look of the lounge chair.
