First I received a poor quality tie that did not belong to the seller and did not match the product description. In particular, I received an inexpensive three-dollar polyester tie that was mailed in a thick paper envelope. I have returned the item. The seller informed me that I had been sent a fake tie via a knock off list, that it was definitely not a genuine ties.com tie and that I would send the genuine item free of charge. The replacement tie I received was exactly as described in the advert, 100% silk handmade tie, high quality product and nicely packaged in a ties.com box. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
