This serum is very suitable for my extremely dry, rough and sensitive skin. I have follicular keratosis on my arms, but that's usually only a problem in the winter; the rest of the time my usual moisturizers and oils keep it under control. I'm using it on my feet right now - I'm recovering from a long illness and I'm still having some stubborn problems with inflamed and red skin. It's actually more of a light cream - it absorbs quickly and isn't greasy. The serum has no noticeable odor (a definite plus). It's called an exfoliant in the product description because lactic and glycolic acids exfoliate the skin, eliminating the need for physical exfoliation. I use it in combination with other products and it really helps. I will definitely be using it next fall and winter when the cold weather sets in and those pesky hard to get rid of bumps that always appear on my hands are back. The current price of $14 for an eight ounce tube seems very reasonable and I will buy again once I've used it up.
