Good basic paracord but feels scratchy

This is a good strong paracord for many uses. Reflective material woven into the cord body makes the lines visible to flashlights or headlamps. But it also makes the cord uncomfortable or even painful to the touch. I got it partially to make bracelets but I won't be able to use it for that. In some places, the reflective material sticks out very strongly and appears jagged. So it can be used as a hank, but should not be worn for convenience or in an emergency.
