Review on Cogniom by Daron Ellis

I like that this tool allows me to visualize my process flow within Cogniom so that I can see how my business is working. It's not very intuitive at this point-it needs more training for users unfamiliar with complex tools like this. There are many other tools out there that provide similar functionality. We want to get visibility into our processes to identify any improvements we can make in order improve the quality of our products and customer service. The benefit I have realized is being able to see my workflow and how each step impacts every one else involved along the way. This has given us greater awareness of where we need to focus our efforts.
