I appreciate how easy it is to get started with their service! They have everything you could possibly want in one place - from training materials through support tickets (which are very clear).
The customer success team has been so helpful answering questions that we've had over time about our implementation of this tool across multiple departments within my own employer's business unit. It can be difficult at first getting used to using something new but once they do train us all gets better together :) Not much dislike here; however there may not always seem like an immediate answer when solving issues/questions related to software or systems integration projects. If anyone wants help setting up these types of tools then give them a call because if someone else already tried doing what needs done without any luck try giving them another chance!! Helping others understand where things come into play after being implemented by other companies who just didn't know enough detail on certain aspects to fully implement themselves.
