Doesn't stick to t-shirts

I can't get this vinyl to stick. I made three copies of this shirt. It won't stick if you use a heat press, won't stick if you'll use an iron, and won't stick if you'll use Cricut Easypress. The shine in the packaging was even worse. Wouldn't recommend it.
