These pants have not the slightest stretch. The description and photos show 4-way stretching, which is definitely not true! The pants were very stiff, loud and baggy, I felt like I was wearing snowboard pants. There is no way I would wear these hikes. Returned. For sizing reference if you still want to try: I ordered a style that looks more form fitting (it isn't). I usually carry 2-4 ladies and ordered the largest size available. The size is right, quality and workmanship look good. But the comfort and accuracy of the description/photos is definitely not enough. I hope this helps someone!
