The memory pillow is not what I expected

The pillow arrived on time. This is memory foam. It's hard to get used to sleeping. The neck cavity is deep as seen in the picture when I put a pillowcase on it. I wasn't expecting this, I wanted something to help with my neck as I sleep on my back and it's not. I only give 4 stars because of the foam.
