really excellent product. I have noticed an increase in hair volume with it. EXCEPT I've had it for less than a year and there's virtually no way to charge it. The charging cable will not charge the device unless rotated for 15 minutes. They're magnetic and you end up having to fiddle with them to get them lined up just right for charging to begin. Customer service on this issue is zero. no answer after several calls. It really is a waste of money, a complete waste of money. What good is a great massager if there's no way to charge or power it? especially if the company has NO customer service?
