So you are more of a construction worker of any kind or maybe a woman or man who is a regular gardener. I can say these are perfect. I also walked in them for about an hour, maybe two, and they weren't too heavy on my knees. I knew they were still on me but they didn't bother me to the point where I had to take them off. To be honest I just got off work and am putting them on as I write this. You will not be disappointed. These knee pads are great. The only problem I see is the catch. Simple solution, just swap the knee pads so the hooks are on the other side. I love them and look forward to another week of work with them!
