I'm 5'6 and this dress runs small just below the knee which is on the conservative side for how I like my dresses but in this case it fits for three reasons: It looks good With this winter/fall dress, loose long sleeve dresses tend to billow up a lot when your arms are up, so the longer the better, and if I tie the waist with a belt, it will be the perfect length. little view I give two thumbs up. I love the material and I got the color green which looked like what I expected. I'm really looking forward to styling this dress for the fall and winter months as there are so many ways to combine it with scarves, boots, necklaces, vests, belts etc. The style is very loose which is flattering, that he has no bulges, but it may seem strange to some. It depends on you. I was looking for a versatile elegant dress, I don't have to worry about gaining a little holiday weight (cause let's hop), it's very comfortable and I think it will do the job. Maybe I'll end up buying more flowers. I was worried about the cropping before buying, it looked a little awkward in the picture, but life is good. There was a review about it being a raw edge, which is completely wrong. The faux neck is sewn and folded in to give the neck some extra weight for draping and a smooth edge.
