I bought three of these. The first two are for me and my son. Both had charging issues after a few months. Bought another one for me hoping for different results as I really liked the shape and ease of use but same thing after a few months. I disassembled the first one and found that this is how the charging socket on the trimmer connects to the circuit board (electronics board) inside the trimmer. Every time you plug it in to charge, the force pulls the socket pins away from the board, eventually causing it to fail. I am very careful with electronics and knowing what happened to the first one I was very careful with the second one I had but the results are the same. Otherwise, the trimmer makes a good impression and feels good in the hand. The first one I bought came with the best steel trimmer heads and an adjustable shaving head that could be changed from 1 to 9 which worked great. The second two I bought didn't have these but were cheaper attachments. Due to charging issues, I do not recommend this product. My son bought a cheaper Wahl 9867-300 and didn't have this problem.
