I bought this item for my mum for mothers day and she has worn it a number of times since. Less than three weeks have passed and the gold has already completely worn away, see photo. I bought this product after reading many reviews of similar products and although it was expensive I felt it was worth it. Unfortunately the value for money wasn't right. I gave two stars because the packaging was cute and thoughtful and included a little postcard. I have contacted the seller twice regarding this and have not yet received a reply. I'll update when I do.
