I like that they are willing to work with you, no matter what your budget is or how many messages we need sent out at one time! They don't always send us all of our text (even though it says 100% in their quote).

Sometimes there will be 2-3 missed texts for every 10 successful ones which can get frustrating if those 3 were important/urgent as well!! It's not much harder than using an app but sometimes when its easier just because more people use them so i appreciate having someone else do some heavy lifting :) We have been able to reach customers who otherwise wouldn’t hear about any promotions from other companies by sending these mass sms campaigns through this platform - usually within 24 hours after purchase has taken place via credit card etc.
