The stool came fully assembled, looks very nice and is very strong. The step stool is made of solid hardwood. I use it to keep my 70lb ham radio power pack on so it doesn't fall on the floor. heavy duty stool. Very nice ending. Too bad she's under my desk because she's so pretty. 2nd block bought a berry, beautifully done. The price of a work of art. This step stool is incredibly durable. I am 6ft 280lbs. And it's so strong I don't think you can ever break it. Once again, this is beautiful handcrafted furniture.
