straight out of the box the jack not only has bulges on the sides, but also bends. The headphones themselves are good, but why buy headphones you can't use? Luckily, I've bought headphones of this type before, so I had a spare cable, but the fact that the product has become unusable is unacceptable. The cord also seemed to have been restored or used because it was sticky and there were even crumbs in the bag. The product has a name and description that says nothing about it not being new, so I expected what I would get to be not only high quality but new. Very deceptive.
