I ordered this sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas. What I received is NOT what I expected from the photo they posted on their item. The picture makes you think you are getting a nice, soft, high quality sweatshirt with the same sleeve material they used for the body. No, it's a cheap, weird, shiny material that I wouldn't even use for pajamas! Not to mention the cleavage isn't even sewn properly, so it looks like she has horns sticking out of her neck like some kind of mutated alien, and it was advertised as loose. Yes, no, it's not. You are not the right size! I contacted the seller and they said they would give me a 20% refund and I could "keep" the sweatshirt (thanks!) or I would have to pay to ship it back to them. Why should I spend MORE money on it? And then HOPE they give me my full refund? Save money and buy from another reputable company!
