The ability to add custom fields for each of the different steps in the process is great. They come with premade templates, but you can also use your own. You can also easily see at what point in time in the process you are. This makes it very useful for seeing what's coming up next. I found it easy to use once I understood how the workflow was set up and how the system actually worked. I wish there were more features (like a way to upload files at one specific step). Also when creating emails where some fields are required to be filled out (such as name), if the user leaves them blank, they don't get sent to that person, which ends up confusing everyone involved in the email chain. Having this workflow helps to keep track of everything that we send to our leads using MailChimp. I like the simplicity of the setup wizard. It's easy to use and it works very well. I have not encountered any issues with the software. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the software. I would highly recommend Hix on Rails to all my friends. I am using Hix on Rails to setup a new website. It's very easy to use and it's very helpful.
