I love Anker products, except in this case the sound is really bad (unless you insert the plugs with your hands while listening). I'm sad to write this because I know Anker is a great choice for everything. Update 4/24/2017 As I said before these headphones don't fit my ear canal very well so I've given 3 stars without trying to downplay what Anker is, in fact in the past I've had at least 7-10 Anker- Bought products and their quality is amazing. So the headphones didn't quite fit. This is normal with any online purchase. Right? There are certain risks that arise from time to time. that has been my experience so far. Not this time. A day after I posted my review, I was contacted and apologized for the problem ("What's the problem?" I thought it's not a bad product, it just didn't work for me. It's nobody's fault), and I tried to please the customer, they sent another set of headphones (Anker SoundBuds Slim Wireless Headphones, Lightweight Bluetooth Headphones with Magnetic Connection, IPX4 Waterproof Sports Headset with Mic, Works with iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Nexus, HTC and More), which actually worked great for me. I'm just not used to being treated this way, these guys go above and beyond, their service is what everyone should do and no I'm not writing this because they gave me a product, I'm writing this , because As an Amazon shopper, I really need unbiased reviews to help me with my purchasing decision and this information is important for you to know and consider. You are buying a great product from a great supplier at an amazing price. something can happen, but you always have a backup of it.
