At first I didn't notice any difference between the glasses but after 15 minutes I noticed that it actually helped me reduce the blue light in my laptop and phone. When I had a very bad migraine, I put them on and they didn't get rid of them (I understand, of course, that this isn't a cure), but they relieve tension better and even help me sleep. They're pretty cute too, don't look cheap (material wise) and frame my face well. Would recommend to anyone with sensitive eyes and on a budget.
