Everything was very easy and convenient. Mine came with no instructions, and the pictures from the sales page are so low res that I had to guess here. When you lay the ribbon cable down, be careful not to break the plastic tabs or you'll be done. The flat cable is difficult to plug back in and really needs something to allow you to pull the clips out. As mentioned in another review, the glue is rubbish and by the time I had it all together the stickiness was already wearing off. . I even tried adding weight on the iPad and came back an hour later and the stickiness was zero. Cheap stuff, of course, but without proper stickiness, this thing is a waste of money. I ended up using a different model of glue that is electronically safe and can be easily heated and removed.
