Update: Excellent customer service. My first case started to warp a little and when I contacted the seller he was quick and polite to send me a new one. So far no problems with exchanges. I was very pleased and impressed with the vendors' commitment to their customers. He speaks miracles. Oh man I'm sad to give this product more than 5 stars. It's beautiful, well constructed and discreet. I got so many compliments and even more double takes. I like the modest and discreet nature of the case. It's a perfect marriage of old school and new school. Reminds me of my school days. BUT, I think they built it too well. The case fits the iPad so snugly that it lifts the corners of my screen protector. I tried replacing the protective film, thinking it might be due to my poor quality of installation, but unfortunately it really is. I refuse not to use the case - I just love it too much - because I've agreed to put up with air bubbles and raised corners. (If anyone has any suggestions for a screen protector that would work best with the case, please let me know!) But if you're not using a screen protector, don't worry about it. Buy with complete confidence.
