Binaural tone is upside down and there is no way to fix it.
Comfortable and serve their purpose like cheap headphones. I am very unhappy that the headphones were installed the wrong way round. When I'm looking at something and you can clearly see it's on the right side of the screen but the audio is coming out of the left earbud, it's annoying and distracts from what I'm seeing. They're sewn in, so I can't even fix them.
