Nothing so far and they seem to be doing great work. I think the platform is user friendly and you don't need any experience to setup. It's a good platform for the beginning which will save you money and time and get your set up running without any problems. Have not really experienced any problems from them but you never know! If you are looking to start something new then this would be a good start. I am trying out their service since there weren't many small companies online that offered such services. They were the only ones who did it with ease and quickly as well. The ability to manage payroll easily across multiple locations is a great asset. We are able to do this without having to hire additional staff. It's also easy to access information about pay periods and leave entitlements. I think it could be improved by adding more features to allow greater flexibility with holiday and working hours. For example, we would like to be able to set up automatic payments for employees who are not present at work but are still entitled to pay.
