I had a cervical spinal fusion and now I have degeneration.

I had a cervical fusion and now have degeneration below the fusion causing pain and stiffness. I am usually in a lot of pain at the end of the day and it really helps to stretch my neck and open up the space in my cervical spine which brings relief and muscle relaxation.
