I am servicing a major account by pricing the items I sell to them. They are always busy and when I have to get a gun to rate their stuff it always takes a long time and sometimes the labels run out or the machine doesn't work properly. I made the decision to buy my own gun knowing they use "Garvey" guns; However, the price is $99 and I figured I could get a comparable gun for half the price, so I made sure what I ordered matched the pre-printed labels. Well, not only was it painful to load the gun and not only didn't it work, but I found that they had advertised the wrong tag size; so why didn't it work. After finally being able to tear off the tags, I returned this gun to purchase the "right" gun for the job. Reviewing the instructions, I discovered the reason why their weapons sometimes didn't look right; this. there is a solution for that.
