What I didn't like about this iPad case is that the lining just sits on top and doesn't snap to protect your iPad! The edges are not rounded so it can be snapped open. He just leans on it! The case said it would fit my 1pad4 model. (no air) just doesn't fit - the edges are too low to hold it in place! Aside from being the wrong size, the sides are too low to hold it in place - the holder fell apart! Never used it (I put a dead iPad in to check). The ring holding it together is not broken as some have said. They are too loose and flimsy, the cover fell apart! Collect it multiple times, each time feels separate, and it wasn't safe to hold an iPad even if he could hold an iPad! I have owned and used an iPad since it came out for travel work. Now I only use it to watch movies. There have been various cases over the past 11 years, but there has never been a case done so poorly. It wasn't my first choice, but there aren't many options for my model. My old one needed replacing and I was leaving the country in need of something fast. Customer service - they have ads everywhere - Called the company during business hours - there is an answering machine. email, no reply. Lots of good reviews. I wish mine was.
