
In September I bought 18 recessed lights from Globe and paid an electrician $90 each to have them installed for me by the end of September. 18 lights installed, 11 of which are not working now, less than 60 days later. He installed them on two different switches and everything was fine until 2 weeks ago. Every time I turned them on via the app, they automatically turned off after about 2 minutes and I had to toggle the switch off and on again. I have an internet speed of 400 and an extension cord is also installed. I called the electrician back, he checked all the wiring and even came to test with the same built-in light and everything works fine with the light I brought with me. He told me my downlights were faulty when I called the Globe customer and spoke to Mr Phillips and exchanged several emails. First he told me they would replace her for me and he needed his manager's approval. Now he told me to pay an electrician to take 11 faulty bulbs, send them to him, after they receive and test them they send me a replacement. That means I paid the electrician $90 for each install, now I have to pay him again to remove it and if I get a replacement I have to pay to install it a third time. I told him there's no point if they don't pay for everything. He can just send a replacement with return postage labels while the electrician puts in a replacement, he removes the faulty ones, he doesn't have to make 3 trips to me. Globe support told me noβ¦. They can't do that and no longer respond to my emails and every time I called them they hung up. Poor customer service, they just want your money and that's itβ¦
