Overall I'm a fan of these canvas loafers - a great alternative to boat shoes. At first I was annoyed with the laces which have no tightening mechanism and found my foot dangling in and out of the boot, but then I tried tying the ends of the laces into a knot and it worked. Even when the laces are tied, they still slip a little, I just have to put them on and off with two hands. After a pair of socks, I got horrible blisters on my heels, but that was fixed with drugstore heel pads. After these few tweaks, I'm quite happy with my shoes.
