I bought this brand and it was better than other brands as it didn't slip when I went on the night shift. There was pretty good support, but not the very tight support that I like at times. Also, I like it because it's thin and it's so easy to put my work shoes in, but it made my feet slap because it was slippery, but I didn't mind. The cuteness factor is of course very nice and when you put it on it gives you just the right amount of pleasure before you have to deal with the rigors of the nurse's night shift!
