I ordered this bag because I liked how stylish it looked and also liked how it could be worn as a backpack. I received it quickly but the strap was different from the picture. I contacted the company and they were fantastic. They were polite, nice and quickly sent me a new bag. The bag has a very good quality and is well made. I'm so excited to use it.
