The best thing about this app is that it has a feature called "cloud". This means that you can store files like presentations or images on our server so that you don't have to download them every time you need them. I also like that you can create different groups with different permissions for each group. This helps avoid conflicts when working remotely with other people who are not able to use this application, as they do not have access to the cloud. In my experience, it is very hard to organize one's own workspace. If you use Q.wiki as a collaborative platform, then you have to create multiple accounts for every person you want to collaborate with. That way, everyone has their own workspace and doesn't interfere with each other's content. It would be great if you could share pages between users or even link to external websites from within the wiki page.
