Review on Gourmet Charcuterie Appetizer Serving Set by MDesign by Derek Davie

I returned a round wooden board with a scratched and peeling sap groove and bought this round slate. Haven't been able to use it yet but look forward to doing it for future sausage presentations. The board itself isn't as thick as I would like, but it feels solid. I would also prefer both sides of the tablet to be usable. Soapstone adds panache. I love the contrast of the dark slate which gives a distinctive look to the rectangular bamboo board I have. I like the price of the board.
