Very breathable and comfortable. I sweat a lot! And my wedding was in August. I was struck by how cool he made me feel. It held up very well under my oversized wedding dress. The only thing I can fault is that the velcro didn't fit my waist. Luckily I saw some reviews that said for a bigger waist you can use a rope and tie it. But overall it's a 5 in my book!
