Balloon Marriage from China

Balloons smell like they are filled with the most toxic and poisonous chemicals. The garland is so wrapped around itself that there is no way to untie it... my husband fiddled with it for 45 minutes but the thread is so thin he can't break it. Basically a bunch of junk. Honestly, I'd love to order something high quality on Etsy or just head to party town.
