I bought these to have a charging cable in the car and one in the bedroom. Six feet is ideal for my bedroom as it easily reaches from the outlet to the bedside table. The one I have in my car is a different story. Sometimes I feel like I'm wrestling a boa constrictor as it wraps itself around my shifter, purse, and everything else in its path! I've mastered this by keeping the "tie" I had when I wrapped the cord around it, leaving only the required distance from my car's USB port to my "tie" phone. Now he just clings to my emergency brake. Soon I will order a three meter long cable! :( Despite my automotive fiasco, these are great cables.
