I bought this to compress and stabilize my wrist after repeated sprains. I have several problems with this. The strap tightens the thumb and keeps it in an uncomfortable position. The bandage retains a lot of heat and makes my condition worse (my injury needs ice, not heat). The compression is difficult to adjust. It easily alternates between inactivity and disruption of circulation. The bandage doesn't extend far enough to actually stabilize my wrist. Work. I really like how they implemented the velcro style. It's well done.
