This particular pair appears to be a bit larger than my previous 2 pairs, which suits me. But if that's a problem I'd take my normal size instead of scaling up. They have a softer ride and excellent arch support. They also have an elastic heel strap that doesn't make the shoe too tight and just fits perfectly. I'm in love!
