I like that they have different areas within their platform so you can tailor it as per your needs - for example in one section we use video rather than text images etc which is ideal when trying engage with people who are not comfortable using computers or typing! It's also great having an interactive dashboard where clients / stakeholders get involved at any stage during project development/implementation helping us make sure everything aligns perfectly together before launching out into production (ie no issues once live). For me personally though this would be improved if there was more 'one click' options available instead always requiring multiple clicks between features e.g customer login screen requires 4+ steps just to view some details about account management page 1st require 2 step then 3rd & final required 5th but i think most users don't want too many prompts either hence why these sorta things need thought over again! But overall very happy working here now! The platform is easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. It's also great that we can test different campaigns without having to implement or pay for anything. I wish it was possible to test multiple variations at once in order to get some insight into which one performs best! When you have tested everything and nothing works, this will save your time later when you need to decide what next steps to take with the project. We've been able to improve our marketing efforts by using Byside.
